We have been hand crafting organic Chile pepper infused maple syrup since 2008 in the Green Mountains of northern Vermont. All of our certified organic pure Vermont maple syrup is harvested by Jen and Nick Merritt of Stony Hill Maple in Fletcher, VT. Our products are unique in that we blend the chile peppers and the maple syrup in order to achieve the perfect balance of fire and flavor without using any pepper extracts or alcohol based extracts which can produce off flavors. We also do not use oleoresins or other additives, just pure organic Vermont maple syrup and Organic Chile Peppers. We also make a Vanilla Bean Infused Maple Syrup that is absolutely sensational!
