The ocean is a healing energy source for me. I’ve lived by the water my entire life, but every single time I gaze at that wide open sea, I’m still reminded about how amazing this Earth is, that there is an entire world under the water different than ours.
I hand make, pack, and ship all of my air plant designs -- it's a one woman show, and I love it. Creating my own schedule, meeting other nature lovers at markets, or connecting online. It's absolutely fulfilling, and at times, challenging, but that's part of the fun.

I spent my summers as a kid at the beach, examining tide pools, jumping from rock to rock, and learning how to swim at a little beach in La Jolla that seals have now taken over. And I'm happy they did. In fact, I still spend my summers getting lost and playing by the ocean. Letting go, childlike awe of nature's beautiful gifts that bring smiles and sore cheeks. Feeling free with sun and fresh air on your skin, watching the hypnotic rhythm of waves, ocean heartbeats. Feeling peace within yourself. The joy of watching something grow, a child, a plant, a love. These are the feelings that inspire me to create and design for Mist & Sea.

My air plant creations reflect my vision to heal others through a reconnection to nature, to others, and to themselves. I am on a journey to help others to mentally heal and grow in various forms. All of my products are created with magical pieces of nature & intention, sharing the healing with my Earth sisters and brothers. I am devoted to creating and sharing nature’s medicine with others through my handmade craft, each piece designed and packaged by me with sustainable materials.
