I’ve been passionate about food for over 35 years. Ironically, it was never my intention to actually HAVE a food business in the beginning. But, after 20 years of playing with food and seeing the joy that people experience when gifted with delicious treats, my curiosity grew. I became even more obsessed with figuring out what ingredients pair perfectly, what one unique ingredient brings out more of the natural flavor of another star ingredient and what process or ingredient yields a particular color or texture. For me, the texture of food is critical to the overall enjoyment of eating. I’ve learned that great food is both art and engineering.
