Hey Bill - Thanks so much. I actually found it after I located a rep I liked and realized I needed to "upgrade." Lol smh!
Fee structure usually depends on a few factors, including but not limited to the price of the product, how ready your product is for retail, and how much headroom the rep has to work on your product line. Some reps will charge a retainer first, or ask for one time bonuses for achieving certain milestones, but the standard is a percentage of net sales to the retailer. Hope that helps!
