Great question! Most rep agencies have a section for new vendors to submit their brands. We receive several daily submissions. Standard contracts aren't really all that standard. You need to spell out the terms of your working relationship- Territory, compensation, policies (samples, trade shows, key accts...). Compensation varies by channel of business. You will want to investigate this further.
