Jen Lucas, Pittsburgh area native and green tea aficionado, is the knowledgeable and passionate founder of Yang + Yin Health. This lifestyle brand brings balance to people’s lives through the healing power of matcha. She strives to share information about wellness and formulate products and recipes that omit harmful chemicals and promote health.
For years now, Jen has made her own food and skincare products using matcha, and she advocates the importance of knowing what goes on and in one’s body. Her recipe book, Matcha Reimagined, released in late 2020 includes a wide range of recipes for matcha snacks, desserts, skincare, and more.
